San Antonio and Aransas Pass Report to
the Texas Railroad Commission for 1920

Every railroad operating within Texas had to have its offices within the state and had to send a detailed report to the Texas Railroad Commission every year. These were published in book form. Here are the highlights of the report submitted by the San Antonio and Aramsas Pass in 1920.

  • Valuation : $13,999,488 (This includes track, rolling stock, buildings and more.) The railroad was valued at $9,017,423 in April 1905. By 1920 there were only an additional 4.97 miles of track.

  • Liabilities : $31,928,240. (This includes bonds and other debts.)
